Neighbor smarts was built by two locals (one of them being me) with the simple goal to help neighborhoods share information with less friction. We believe as homeowners we share similar issues like home repair, schools, and gardening. These topics, as well as others, are very localized. Knowlege is power and if we share we all gain.

A friend of mine, Noel Portugal, over at Oracle, has developed an enterprise Twitter using Oracle APEX. He told me that he is looking for an application icon. He held an internal icon competition and had some good ideas. He asked me if I would like to give it a try, and I, of course, said yes.
